Born and raised in Irbil, Iraq, Chef Nam brings a rich culinary heritage and an unwavering dedication to quality to every dish he creates. From an early age, he developed a deep appreciation for the vibrant flavors and traditions of Mediterranean cuisine, learning that exceptional food begins with exceptional ingredients.
Today, Nam is known for crafting award-winning dishes that highlight freshness, creativity, and authenticity. He takes pride in sourcing high-quality ingredients, some of which come directly from the on-site garden, where he and his wife Ameera grow aromatic herbs and seasonal produce. This hands-on approach allows them to infuse every plate with vivid, fresh character.
Whether reimagining classic flavors or developing entirely new culinary experiences, Sabir’s remains driven by a passion for honest, made-from-scratch cooking and a belief that the best meals begin in the soil and end with a smile.
